Tea and coffee are the most popular beverages on this planet. Moreover, they both have several good things to be said.

Well, researchers found that drinking tea lower risks of cancer helps in weight loss, heart disease, and also helps to gain a stronger immune system. Meanwhile, coffee has been linked to lower the risk of type 2 diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, heart problems, and liver disease as well.

Another study over 34,670 healthy women showed that those who drink 5 or more cups of coffee each day had lowered the stroke risk by 23%.
