LONELINESS: HOW TO OVERCOME

Reading Time: 3 minutes

Loneliness is experienced by everyone at one point or the other in their Life.

Loneliness is a feeling of emptiness or hollowness inside you.

Lonely When You are Hurt?

Remember the Song, Lonely by Akon

Lonely Song Lyrics

Lonely I’m so lonely
I have nobody
To call my own
I’m so lonely, I’m Mr. Lonely
I have nobody
To call my own
I’m so lonely
Yo this one here goes out to all my players out there
Ya know got to have one good girl whose always been there
Like ya know took all the bullshit
Then one day she can’t take it no more and decides to leave
I woke up in the middle of the night
And I noticed my girl wasn’t by my side
Coulda sworn I was dreamin’, for her I was feenin’
So I hadda take a little ride
Backtracking ova these few years
Tryna figure out what I do to make it go bad
Cause ever since my girl left me
My whole left life came crashin’
I’m so lonely (so lonely)
I’m Mr. Lonely (Mr. Lonely)
I have nobody (I have nobody)
To call my own (to call my own) girl

I know Loneliness Hurts!!!

It can hit you at any age.

Loneliness and being Alone is a different state of emotions.

It’s Different from choosing to be ‘Alone’ and Enjoying one’s ‘Own Company’.

Loneliness may creep in after a Break-up or Because you are in a new city or country.

And Loss of a partner or a family member whom you were emotionally very attached.

Whatever may have caused your feeling of Loneliness, we still have a way to come out of it, sooner the better.

If not dealt with Loneliness issues it can become very detrimental to your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

Good news is Loneliness is just a feeling, not a Fact! ☺
