Similarly, tea is beneficial however you need to be choosy about its manner of consumption and quantity as well.

Honey Ginger Tea with a tinge of Lemon

Replacing milk, this tea is brewed with ginger. Just boil the water adding some freshly grated ginger. Turning off the flame, leave the pan covered for 2 minutes and ginger will leave the aroma and be at its best. Now put a tea bag in your favorite tea cup and pour this water. Add honey and fresh lemon juice and there you go.

Roughly, 1 cup of water goes well with 1tbsp fresh lemon juice and 1 tbsp ginger

Chamomile Tea

Benefits: Boosts Digestion, Anti-inflammatory, Anti-microbial.. simply putting helps you get rid of runny nose and sore throat.

Keep the water to boil, add the dried chamomile flowers and let it combine well for 2-3 minutes. Strain the tea in cup and add honey to your taste.

Normally 2tsp dried chamomile flowers will be good for 500ml water.

Boil few apple slices with cinnamon in water. Bring the flame down and simmer for 15 minutes. Now add the tea leaves. Turn Off the gas and leave it for 3 minutes. Add the sweet sweet honey and strain into cup. Choose to garnish with basil leaves for added flavor and the benefit of holy basil.

This one has little to do to get that perfect aromatic and health pack drink. Bring water to boil, add cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. Now add tea after about 2 minutes and again boil the mix for about 10 minutes on low flame. In a separate bowl, dissolve saffron with little water.

Strain tea in a kettle mixing the saffron water. Give it a royal high by adding crushed almonds. That enhances taste as well.

Add honey to your taste and sip it with a guilt free and royal feeling. 3 cups of water, 4 tbsp green tea and rest to the flavor.

Jasmine Tea

Benefits: You can drink jasmine tea for its anti-viral and anti-bacterial benefits and whether you like its taste or not, you can still gargle with it to prevent illness 😛

Don’t boil the water with leaves. Pour boiled water over the tea leaves placed in a cup. Cover for 2-3 minutes ( again remember, you will need to find out for how long you want to keep it and let the flavor and aroma go in )

PS: Adjust the pungent flavor and aroma to your taste you can try different type of jasmine tea or different duration to steep the tea.
